AURA VIBE’S products are all hand-made. We take the time to carefully check every item before shipping to our customers. If the product you receive is defective or broken, please contact us as soon as possible at info@auravibe.com before shipping it back to us. All exchanges must be made within 7 days of reception of your package.
Please Note That All Items Are Exchangeable But Non-Refundable.
- Once we receive all items you wish to return, we will proceed with the exchange as soon as we can or give you a credit note for your next purchase on our website.
- Please note that the customer must pay for the shipping fees.
- Returned items must not have been worn or washed and must include all of its components.

Canadian Exchanges:
In order to facilitate the tracking of the return package, we highly recommend carriers that offer a tracking number. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once we receive the package, we will proceed with the exchange as quickly as possible.
United States And International Exchanges:
All returns from the United-States or International must be declared as «Canadian goods returns» on the custom declaration. By ignoring this step, the package may be rejected and sent back to you or additional fees may be charged thus deducted from your credit note.
